PixOnDeck Refund Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid credit packs purchased for PixOnDeck through https://pixondeck.com (the "Site"). It supplements the PixOnDeck Terms of Service and does not apply until the Site expressly enables checkout.

1. Payment Processor

PixOnDeck is the seller and merchant for paid credit-pack transactions. Stripe provides payment-processing and hosted-checkout services but is not the seller, merchant of record, or reseller. Purchases are made from PixOnDeck and are governed by this policy and the PixOnDeck Terms of Service.

2. Ordinary Refund Policy

Paid credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires a remedy or PixOnDeck expressly approves an exception. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee, cash redemption of unused credits, or exchanges between packs. Changing your mind, not using the credits, or disliking the style of an otherwise correctly supplied AI result does not, by itself, qualify for a voluntary refund. This does not exclude rights concerning defective or misdescribed services.

We may approve an exceptional refund for a specified amount or percentage of the original amount paid. A refund in one case does not create a general entitlement to a refund in another. An approved percentage is calculated against the amount actually paid for the affected purchase, not a list price, your total account balance, or the value of promotional credits. We will communicate the approved amount and related credit adjustment. It is not a cap on any amount you are legally entitled to recover. Any deduction from a legally required refund will be made only where permitted by applicable law.

3. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies. These may include rights concerning duplicate or unauthorized charges, failure to deliver, defective or misdescribed services, or a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period.

Stripe or a payment network may require a full refund, partial refund, chargeback, or another adjustment under its binding dispute or refund requirements. If applicable law, a payment network, or Stripe requires an adjustment that differs from PixOnDeck's ordinary refund policy, that requirement controls.

Buying credits, receiving them in your account, or accepting this policy does not by itself waive a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right. We do not treat those actions alone as an express request or consent to lose that right. Where the law requires additional consent, acknowledgment or contract confirmation, statutory rights remain available unless those conditions have been met.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact hello@pixondeck.com from the purchaser email address and provide the Stripe receipt number or payment identifier shown on the receipt so we can identify the transaction. Do not send a full card number, bank password, government identifier, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Explain the reason for your request and the affected purchase. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify it, but will not require you to give up statutory rights. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, an unambiguous notice that you wish to withdraw is sufficient; our preferred request format is not a condition of exercising that right.

We review requests and issue approved or legally required refunds through Stripe, normally to the original payment method. We observe applicable legal deadlines; the time for funds to appear also depends on the payment method and your financial institution.

5. Credits After a Refund or Chargeback

Full refunds and chargebacks may cause an automatic reversal of the associated credit pack. Partial refunds, payment disputes and any resulting credit adjustment require case-by-case reconciliation; the displayed balance may not yet reflect the final outcome.

Credits already used, prior adjustments and promotional credits may need to be reviewed to avoid duplicate refunds or credit benefits. We may temporarily restrict disputed paid usage where reasonably necessary to investigate or reconcile the payment. A negative balance or restriction must not be used as a penalty for exercising a statutory right, and a new purchase is not a condition of making a refund or withdrawal request. Contact hello@pixondeck.com if you believe an adjustment is incorrect.

If a payment dispute is reversed in our favor, corresponding credits are restored or reconciled when the payment is restored, taking account of any prior refunds or adjustments.

6. Failed Generations

Restoring credits reserved for a generation that fails, is filtered, or produces no usable result is an internal service-accounting correction. It is not a monetary refund of the credit-pack purchase.
